100% Dissatisfied. I was assisted by the seller Yuki Pang. I do not recommend this company. The product is of poor quality (photos attached). Manufacturing was delayed by 45 calendar days, causing me financial losses with my client. They sent a pro forma CIF invoice detailing all shipping costs, which I paid in full. After shipment, the shipping company charged me port of origin fees that were not my responsibility. I escalated the complaint to Alibaba . I incurred financial losses due to warranty claims with my client. I have attached photos showing that the poor-quality product is already breaking after only two months of use.
